10. Is equipment rental inclusive of technical support and operators?
Yes. To ensure safe and efficient operation, our rental services can be supported by experienced technical crews and operators. Depending on the scope of the project, our team can assist with installation, operation, supervision, and dismantling of equipment, allowing clients to focus on the success of their event.
11. Is there a minimum rental requirement at INDOPRO?
We are highly flexible and welcome projects of all event scales. We consistently accept every project entrusted to us, even if it starts as nothing more than a “rough idea,” which we then develop and bring to life to deliver the best possible experience for our clients.
12. Does INDOPRO provide site surveys before an event?
As a provider of the most suitable production facility solutions for each client, our team needs to fully understand the on-site conditions. Therefore, our team is ready to conduct an on-site survey to ensure accurate measurements, determine equipment placement points, and assess safety aspects of rigging structures and stage installations.
13. Is the INDOPRO team available to attend Technical Meetings (TM)?
Absolutely. Our production work is carried out collectively and led by highly experienced personnel. We are ready to attend Technical Meetings with event organizers, clients, and other vendors to coordinate and ensure all technical operations run smoothly, safely, and without obstacles.
14. How does the INDOPRO team prepare and execute an event?

From planning and technical coordination to installation, operation, and dismantling, our team works with precision, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure every aspect of the production runs smoothly and safely.
15. How does the payment process work for equipment rental?
Payment arrangements can be discussed with our team once the project requirements have been finalized. In general, a Down Payment (DP) is required to secure equipment availability and production schedules. The remaining balance is settled according to the agreed Terms of Payment specified in the project contract.
